FOSTER FEATURED IN DEFEAT AGAINST BURNLEY

Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster was in the starting XI, but he could not help his team from suffering a devastating 2-1 home defeat to Burnley in their last Premier League game. Ben Foster was on course to secure his first clean sheet of the season at home in the league before he conceded twice in the last ten minutes.

Watford led at the halftime break after Burnley central defender James Tarkowski put through his own net off the cross from Watford midfielder Juraj Kucka.
The Hornets were able to preserve the lead given to them by the first half own goal from Tarkowski until seven minutes from time when Clarets midfielder Jack Cork levelled proceedings for his team seven minutes from time via a header from the cross delivered by left-sided defensive teammate Anthony Taylor.In a matter of minutes, the turnaround was complete when midfielder Jason Brownhill scored the winning goal. There were just three minutes between the goals from the midfield duo of Cork and Brownhill.
Burnley were able to move above Leeds United to 16th on the Premier League log after the away win over the Clarets. They have two points more than Everton who are third from bottom.
