West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster has admitted that the failure to beat the Premier League drop would break a lot of hearts including his Baggies-supporting son. The west Midlands outfit are currently seven points adrift of Premier League, and they face a must-win game at Watford in order to salvage their season.

Speaking to reporters, Foster admitted it would be a heart-break for his family, who are West Brom supporters, he said: “This is my club now. I’ve been here seven years. I’m a West Brom fan, my family are West Brom fans. My little boy would break his heart if we got relegated!Nobody wants it, but it’s the way the league is now. It’s so tough. The last six seasons have been fantastic – I almost think at some points we’ve overachieved with the money we’ve spent.But anything can happen in the Premier League and we have to take heart from that.”
