He says that a draw would have been a fair result. As it is, West Brom’s confidence from the opening day win over Crystal Palace has come crashing down with this defeat. The team will be hoping to recover from this loss when the first Middlesbrough this weekend. Boro have been a surprise package upon their return to the Premier League and West Brom need to be warned.
"I thought we were a bit unlucky to be honest. Neither team deserved to come away losing it.It was a fairly even game with chances at either end, maybe a bit unlucky that we just didn't get the odd nice bobble here and there. We probably didn't finish our chances as well as we could and should have, but fair play to them they're a decent team and they'll do well this season," said Foster. The former Manchester United goalkeeper will be extra motivated to perform well, as he could get an England call-up in place of Joe Hart.
